It is recommended (not required) that Foundation Drawing and/or Color Theory have been completed before taking a Workshop class. Please contact Patrick for more information.
DESCRIPTION: Students will learn that drawing cartoons not only involves drawing them from a frontal position but also three-quarter and profile views. They will be asked to create their own original cartoon character showing a variety of expressions and positions. They will then put them into a situation/environment that is funny! From there they will create a cartoon family. Drawing a sequence and a flip page in future courses will add to their challenges. Imagination required!
